Based on 246 reviewsRestaurace Klobouk is widely appreciated for its authentic regional cuisine, generous portions, and very reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both tourists and locals in Terezín. The restaurant is praised for its friendly and accommodating staff, including efforts to assist non-Czech speakers, which enhances the overall dining experience. Located conveniently within the historic fortress area, it serves as a convenient stop for visitors exploring local attractions. While the menu may be somewhat limited with daily specials, the quality and taste of the traditional Czech dishes receive consistent positive mentions. Additionally, the restaurant’s inclusive employment practices are noted as a commendable aspect by patrons.
Super nice surprise, looked a bit lonely but had a delicious meal typical from the region, large portions and nice waiters, great prices as well!
Good food and very nicely priced! Menu in Czech , they translated for us so very nice staff. Recommend
Perfect stop when walking in Terezin. They employ people with a disability, and the food is more than okay!
Located within the large fortress and within walking distance from most of the tourist attractions. They have a daily menu with a soup and three options. On the day we visited the options were goulash, chicken, and ham with a variety of sides. The soup was frankfurter. The goulash has just sold out so we each picked one of the remaining options. The soup arrived immediately and was simple, but tasty. I believe that the restaurant hires and employs special needs individuals and operates as a ministry of the Lutheran Church. The entrees are well portioned and the prices were very reasonable. The highest priced item on the menu was 150 Koruna.
Very nice restaurant to go when you're visiting Terezín for the day. The choice is rather limited but the food was very good and very cheap (less than 5€ for a meal and a pint). The staff was very nice and we really enjoyed typical Czech lunch!
Very affordable, the portions are huge. Feels like home. Everything is cooked fresh and the menu is very limited, you would have the choice between 2-3 meals per day. Only one waitress could speak English but it is enough to spend a good time (:
Low-key restaurant obviously run by the local diaconia, meaning that a visit most probably supports a couple of people who have not had that much luck in life. This place is the antithesis of a tourist trap, you will mix with a lot of locals! I'd admit that the food was not top notch, but value for money it definitely is. If travelling on a budget, this is a great place. Very reasonable prices, the most expensive main dish may cost up to Kc 125, which is about 5 Euros. And a large beer for Kc 26 (€ 1) is a great price, too. Open five days a week offering three different main dishes and a soup every day. Opening hours may differ, currently they are Mon-Fri 10-14. Acutally, when it comes to rating the food, the meat was very well prepared! Roasted spot on! I have attended many more expensive and fancy restaurants all over the place who have much higher aspirations who could not do that! Would go there again!
